NEXA GYXTW 8 Cores G652D Fiber Cable

Product Overview

The NEXA GYXTW 8 Cores G652D Fiber Cable is a high-density, outdoor armored single-mode fiber optic cable built for high-capacity trunk links and long-distance data networks. Configured with a central loose-tube structure, this cable carries eight premium G652D single-mode fibers that offer minimal attenuation across standard telecommunication bands. To survive harsh outdoor deployment, the core is wrapped in corrugated steel tape armor and fortified by two parallel steel wires embedded in the jacket. This robust, compact design provides excellent crush resistance, defense against rodents, and protection from moisture, making it a reliable backbone solution for enterprise campuses, industrial zones, and metropolitan network rings.

Unboxing Experience

The NEXA GYXTW 8-Core Fiber Cable comes securely wound on an industrial-grade distribution drum designed to shield the optical glass from stress during transport. The cable pays out smoothly without twist-binding, snapping, or forming tight memory loops, protecting the internal central tube from tension. Installers will find crisp, high-contrast metric length markings stamped sequentially along the rugged, matte-black PE jacket. This allows technicians on-site to execute fast run-length calculations, minimize splicing waste, and maintain precise control over material inventories.

Key Benefits

• High-Density Data Channels: Eight independent G652D single-mode fibers provide substantial bandwidth scalability, allowing for network branching, link redundancy, or dedicated media streaming.

• Rodent & Crush Defense: The corrugated steel tape armor provides an effective barrier against burrowing pests, rock compression, and accidental impact during rough installation.

• Impenetrable Water Barrier: The water-blocking core jelly combined with longitudinal armor tape prevents moisture ingress, keeping transmissions stable even in flooded underground ducts.

• High Tensile Resilience: Dual parallel steel wires absorb structural tension during long cable pulls, avoiding core elongation and making it perfectly suited for overhead utility line transitions.

Who It Is For

This outdoor armored fiber cabling solution is tailored for:

• Telecom Operators & Internet Service Providers (ISPs): Engineering teams deploying high-capacity distribution rings and establishing local broadband nodes.

• Large-Scale CCTV & Security Integrators: Installers routing high-bandwidth fiber backhauls for multiple high-definition IP camera nodes, perimeter systems, and analytics hubs.

• Enterprise & Campus IT Architects: Networking departments linking core server environments across multi-building campuses, schools, and medical complexes.

• Structured Cabling Contractors: Field crews requiring a durable, high-core-count media option for installation through challenging underground conduits and external trays.
